We find and advance mineral projects in Argentina, then partner with the companies that will drill them.

What we do

We secure mining rights in Argentina where the geology points to strong mineral potential. Then we raise each property's value with focused, low-cost surface exploration: mapping, sampling, geochemistry and geophysics.

Once a project is ready, we bring in a partner to take it forward, in one of three ways:

  • Joint venture: the partner funds exploration and we keep a minority interest.
  • Option or earn-in: the partner earns a majority stake by paying cash or shares and meeting agreed work commitments.
  • Sale: the partner buys the project outright, and we usually keep a royalty on future production.

We don't fund drilling or build mines. Our partners carry the costly, high-risk stages, and we keep exposure to what they find.

Our approach

  1. Exploration led by data.

We combine field geology with modern data analysis to find ground that others have overlooked.

  2. Value from discovery to deal.

We create value by finding, advancing and monetising mineral projects, not by operating mines.

  3. In early, efficient, well partnered.

We secure quality ground early, de-risk it with targeted technical work, and bring in established operators to fund drilling and development.

  4. Current methods.

Satellite and geophysical data, geochemistry and predictive targeting are part of every project.

  5. Local teams.

Our field geologists are hired locally through our Argentine subsidiary, so the work rests on regional knowledge and time on the ground.

  6. Growth through partnerships.

Partner-funded joint ventures move projects forward quickly and limit dilution for our shareholders.

The asset-growth cycle

The asset-growth cycle: our three steps on the upper arc lead to three partner-funded steps on the lower arc, then the cycle repeats.1ProjectgenerationExpert project selection2AcquirepropertiesSeveral commodities3SurfaceexplorationLow-cost, adds value4PartnerfundingCash and work commitments5PartnerdrillsPartner bears the risk6We retainan interestUpside from a discoveryASSETGROWTHOur workPartner-funded
  1. Project generation

We use geological data and expertise to choose targets.

  2. Acquire exploration properties

We stake or option claims, gaining exposure to several commodities.

  3. Focused surface exploration

Low-cost mapping, sampling, geochemistry and geophysics add value and draw partner interest.

  4. Secure partner funding

We sign a joint venture, option or farm-in, with cash payments and work commitments and minimal dilution.

  5. Partner funds exploration

The partner drills, carrying most of the high-cost exploration and its risk.

  6. We retain an interest

A minority stake or a royalty keeps us exposed to a discovery or to production.

Then we repeat the cycle. The more projects we hold, the better the odds that one becomes a discovery.
