How we partner on a project
- Joint venture: the partner funds exploration and we keep a minority interest.
- Option or earn-in: the partner earns a majority stake by paying cash or shares and meeting agreed work commitments.
- Sale: the partner buys the project outright, and we usually keep a royalty on future production.
